Refund and Returns Policy for Gaanj Wellness Online Store
 

At Angetha Agro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 1 day of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

 

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@angethaagro.com . We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-8 business days. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product at support@angethaagro.com  or mail us at our registered business address 479, Manas Enclave, Indiranagar, Lucknow 226016. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once we receive the returned product, we will process a full refund or exchange within 5-8 business days.

 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged.
